Privacy Policy
In short: we only collect what we need to reply to you and to measure how this website performs. We don’t sell your data.

This policy explains how Jutif ("we") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit www.jutif.id and get in touch with us. It is written with reference to Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). If you live in the EU, the UK, Australia or elsewhere, you may have additional rights under your local law; contact us and we'll help.
1. Data we collect
Data you give us
When you fill in a form, request a website check, or contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive:
- your name;
- your WhatsApp number;
- your email address (if provided);
- your business name and website address (if provided);
- your message and the service you're interested in.
Data collected automatically
- pages visited, time of visit and buttons clicked (for example the WhatsApp button or form submit);
- device type, browser, approximate location based on IP address, and where the visit came from;
- campaign parameters from ad links (UTM,
fbclid,gclid) from your first visit, kept in your browser's local storage so we know where a message came from.
2. Cookies and tracking
This website may use cookies and similar technology from these services:

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts. The website still works without tracking cookies.
3. Why we use your data
- to reply to you, schedule a call and send website check results you asked for;
- to prepare a quote and run your project if you become a client;
- to measure and improve this website and our own ads;
- to meet legal obligations, such as tax records for clients.
We don't sell your personal data or use it for anything outside this list without your consent.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on the consent you give when you send a form or contact us, and to perform a contract if you become a client. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 7).
5. Who we share data with
- Hosting provider (Vercel), which runs this website;
- Google and Meta, for analytics and ad measurement, as described in section 2;
- Lead storage tools (for example Google Workspace or a CRM) where we record form messages;
- authorities, if required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside Indonesia. We only use providers with adequate data protection standards.
6. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client data: for as long as we work together and as long as regulations require (for example tax documents).
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings in Google Analytics and Meta.
7. Your rights
- to be informed about and access the personal data we hold about you;
- to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- to ask us to delete your data;
- to withdraw your consent;
- to object to certain processing.
Send requests to halo@jutif.id. We'll respond within 3 × 24 hours on working days and handle the request according to the applicable rules.
8. Security
This website uses HTTPS, access to enquiry data is limited to the Jutif team members who need it, and Conversions API data is hashed before it's sent. Still, no system is 100% secure. If a data breach affects you, we'll notify you as required by law.
