Wise
You send US dollars with Wise and it lands in our Indonesian bank account. Wise's own fee is on the sender's side, and it's usually the cheapest route.
PayPal
Pay the invoice by PayPal. No surcharge: we cover PayPal's fees.
Upwork, Fiverr or Contra
If we met on a marketplace, the platform handles the contract and payment. Prices there include the platform's fee, so they're higher than paying us directly.

You're in Jakarta. Can you work with businesses elsewhere?
Yes. We already work remotely with clients across Indonesia: calls on Google Meet, updates by email or chat. Time zones are agreed at the start of each project.
How do I pay?
Prices are in US dollars. You pay a deposit to start and the rest before launch; bigger projects are split into milestones. You can pay by Wise transfer or PayPal, or through Upwork, Fiverr or Contra if that's where we met.
Who owns the website and the logo?
You do, once the project is paid in full. Domain, hosting accounts, design files and code are handed over to you.
What language will my website be in?
Whatever your customers speak. You provide the text or the material, and we shape it into pages. If you need copywriting written from scratch, we'll quote it separately.
Do you also run SEO, ads or social media every month?
Not for international clients yet. We'd rather say so than do it half-well. Every website we build still launches with the SEO basics and tracking in place, so whoever runs your marketing has good data from day one.
What happens after launch?
There's a 30-day warranty: if something we built doesn't work as agreed, we fix it free. Changes and new features after that are quoted separately.
