Terms

This page is a summary. The binding terms for each project are in the quote and service agreement we both sign. If anything differs, the agreement applies.

1. Using this website

• The content of this website (text, design, logo and the Jutif Display typeface) belongs to Jutif and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
• Data you send through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

2. Prices and quotes

• Prices on this website are starting prices in US dollars. The final price is always in the written quote.
• No VAT or sales tax is added.
• Each quote is valid for 14 days from the date we send it.
• Domains are billed separately at the registrar's price and registered in the client's name.

3. Payment

• Your quote states which schedule applies.
• Payment by Wise transfer (to our Indonesian bank account), PayPal (we cover PayPal's fees), or through Upwork, Fiverr or Contra if we work together there.
• Work starts once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
• If an invoice is more than 7 days late, work pauses until payment arrives.

4. Materials from you

• You provide materials (logo, text, photos, domain and account access) within 7 days after kickoff.
• If materials are more than 14 days late, the timeline moves by the same amount.
• If materials are more than 30 days late, the project may be closed at its latest progress and the deposit is not refunded.
• You confirm that the materials you provide don't infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Revisions and change requests

• Revisions are changes to what was agreed (colours, text, layout). The number of rounds depends on the package. One round means one list of feedback sent together.
• Change requests are new things outside the original scope, such as new pages or features. They're quoted separately and approved in writing before we start.

6. Warranty

• Every website comes with a free 30-day bug-fix warranty after it goes live.
• The warranty covers things we built that don't work as agreed, not new features or design changes.
• It doesn't apply if the code is changed by someone else without coordinating with us.

7. Ownership and access

• Domain, hosting, Google Analytics, Search Console and Meta Business accounts are created in your name. Jutif gets admin or partner access.
• Ownership of the code, designs and final files passes to you once the project is paid in full.
• Before full payment, the website isn't put on your main domain.
• We may show the project in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
