Does the website have to be built by Jutif?
No. WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or custom-built: anything that's publicly accessible can be checked.
How accurate is it?
It reads the homepage from outside, like a visitor. Things that can be confirmed from the code (like the Pixel or Google description) are fairly reliable; things that need a human eye (pop-ups, phone layout, Pixel events) are marked "worth checking". A manual review from us is more thorough, and also free.
Do you store the address I check?

Why does the speed score change each time?
PageSpeed measures again on every run, so a few points up or down is normal. What matters is the range: under 50 is slow, 50–89 is okay, 90 and up is fast.
